MIDDAY MEAL
Midday meal programs play a vital role in supporting visually impaired and underprivileged individuals by ensuring they receive nutritious, balanced food every day. For many beneficiaries, this meal is the most reliable source of nutrition, directly contributing to their physical well-being, improved concentration, and overall development.
For visually impaired individuals, access to regular, healthy meals helps reduce the challenges they face in managing daily life and education. Proper nutrition supports better cognitive functioning, immunity, and energy levels, enabling them to participate actively in learning or vocational training.
One Vision was able to cater midday meals to more than 112 children and staff. This wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our donors, volunteers, and well-wishers.
